Project Description
We were approached by a restaurant owner in Queens, NY, who envisioned a radical transformation of their restaurant. They wanted to change their layout and convert their eat-in dining to a take-out service. How could we create a design that would accommodate this shift, while enhancing the aesthetic and functional appeal of the restaurant? How could we respect the existing character and layout of the space, while introducing a fresh and modern look
Solution
We used our architectural design expertise to create a comprehensive solution that incorporated the incepted layout into a cozy and code compliant take-out space. We also expedited the process by collaborating with Abid Construction, the contractor, and the building management to ensure a seamless and efficient execution of the work. We handled all the paperwork and permits to secure the approvals from the city agencies. We performed regular site visits and inspections to oversee the quality and progress of the construction.
Project Outcome
We delivered the project on time and within the budget, exceeding the client’s expectations and satisfaction. The new kitchen and customer care spaces are more functional and attractive, enhancing the restaurant’s appeal and profitability.
